Overview:

Promote Strongband™ scrunchies across North America, primarily within the fitness industry.

The Brief:

Hairstrong acquired the help of IGO PR to implement an ongoing action plan that would build awareness and credibility surrounding the products. Utilizing media and social media relations, Hairstrong increasingly gains recognition for its innovative solution.

The goal for Hairstrong is to expose the Strongband™ scrunchies to as many outlets as possible to create optimal buzz across all media platforms. Nicole’s vision is to convert the regular hair tie user into a Strongband™ user.

The Result:

The brand is currently in partnership with GoodLife Reward’s Program and offers 15% off to any GoodLife members and staff using the Rewards’ code. Hairstrong also coordinated with GoodLife to give all personal trainers’ clients a limited-time exclusive offer of 30% off anything on the Hairstrong website. Most recently, Hairstrong has been working on an exclusive event with GoodLife Fitness to promote the brand and share the story of the inspiration. This event will take place sometime in the near future. 

The company recently had their own booth at the 8th Annual Women Who Influence event at the 2022 canfitpro trade show in Toronto, ON and have plans to participate in future trade shows as well. IGO PR develops monthly press releases for Hairstrong and has achieved several published articles featuring the brand and product as a result. 

Hairstrong has earned media exposure with outlets like Tech Alliance, Chatelaine, Good Morning America, CHCH Morning Live, and Fashion Magazine to name a few.
